Mozilla Blue Theme

I've always liked the old Blue them from early mozilla builds, like M18. As of mozilla 0.8 the `Blue Theme' was dropped, so now i'm trying to get this old theme working on new mozilla builds, like 1.0, 1.1a and nightly builds.

Currently it looks like this (on a recent nightly):

It's not ready but it gives a good feeling ;-)
