Here i'll post some licq patches i've written. They are updated when they do not work anymore with the latest cvs, till they are included in the licq cvs.

News:

1. adds a new reply button which opens a chatmode view window without setting `Chatmode Messageview' in options dialog.
2. adds some new icons as send sms or exit icon.
